Cookie Dough Bites:
Ingredients: 1 cup almond butter or tahini 1 teaspoon of Golden Lotus Pollen @elementalwizdom Instructions: Place all ingredients into the food processor minus the chocolate chips. Allow to process on high until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Add chocolate chips and pulse the food processor a few times. Measure out 1 tablespoon and roll into a ball. Place in freezer for 15 min. Store in parchment lined container with an air tight seal and ENJOY the #wizdom! Transmutation Brain Bombs: Ingredients: 1/2 cup of Wild Camel 🐪 Hump Fat @desertfarms 2 tablespoons of @lakantosweetner 2 tablespoons of cacao powder @terrasoul 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla powder 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon powder pinch of pink salt @saltworks 2 cups of unsweetened shredded coconut flakes @terrasoul 2 tablespoons of Transmutation @elementalwizdom 1 teaspoon of Super Human Probiotics @elementalwizdom 2-3 Drops of liquid stevia Silicon Molds in whatever shape you’d like: we used brain molds Instructions: Warm the hump fat over low heat and add all ingredients except the coconut shreds and the transmutation. Gently Stir until all ingredients are fully combined. Place coconut shreds into food processor and process until the coconut shreds begin to soften and melt (about 10 minutes). You will need to stop the processor and scrape down the sides several times before the shreds actually melt. Once the coconut shreds are fully melted Add the transmutation, probiotics and the stevia drops. Pulse 4-6 times until fully incorporated. Take the cacao mixture and spoon 1 tablespoon into the mold, place the mold onto a small cutting board so it lays flat and place into the freezer for 10 minutes. Remove from the freezer and place one tablespoon of the the coconut mixture on top of the frozen cacao mixture. Place it back in the freezer for 10 minutes. Place another tablespoon of the cacao mixture on top and allow to freeze for another 10-15 minutes. Once solid, remove from the freezer and pop out of the molds. Place in an air tight container and place into the fridge! Enjoy the #wizdom!!! ❤ Double Dark Chocolate Aphrodisiac Cup Cakes with Probiotic Libido Frosting: For the Dark Chocolate Aphrodisiac Cup Cake: 1/2 cup sweet potato purée 1/2 cup of grain free flour blend of your choice (almond, cashew, cassava, egg white) 6 eggs, whites and yolks separated 4 tablespoons of cold pressed, blue lotus infused olive oil (plain olive oil works too) 7 tablespoons of xylitol, melted 9 tablespoons of cacao powder 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder 1/4 teaspoon of thai ginger salt @saltworks For Probiotic Libido Frosting: 1 pound of dates, soaked in boiling water for 10 minutes 1 ripe avocado 3 tablespoons of cacao powder 1 packet of Libido Tea @elementalwizdom 2 drops of vanilla stevia @sweetleaf 1 teaspoon of Super Human Probiotics @elementalwizdom 1/2 teaspoon of sacred golden lotus pollen, for sprinkling 12 raspberries for topping Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 350 degrees Line cupcake tin or prepare silicone molds on a baking sheet Whip egg whites until stiff Add grain free flour blend, cinnamon, vanilla and salt to bowl with whipped egg whites - do not stir Add olive oil and syrup to the bowl with yolks and stir until fully incorporated Fold the yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites with spices and powders and gently combine Pour into cupcake tins or molds Place in the oven for 25 minutes Allow to cool before frosting For the Frosting: Place soaked and drained dates into the food processor, purée until smooth Add avocado, purée scrapping down the sides of the bowl as you go Add cacao powder and libido tea, process until smooth and fully incorporated Add probiotics and pulse gently 1-2x Place Frosting into a quart size ziploc bag and place in the fridge to get firm for about 10 min To decorate: Once cupcakes are completely cool Cut the tip off of the ziploc bag and frost the top of each cake Sprinkle with Sacred Golden Lotus Pollen and top with a Raspberry Enjoy the #wizdom ❤

1/2 cup cacao nibs @terrasoul
