Introduction

Welcome to Elemental Wizdom, an auxiliary of Aeon Cosmos Church operating under the Illuminated Wizdom Private Membership Association (PMA).
This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs all interactions between Elemental Wizdom (“we,” “our,” “the Association”) and you (“you,” “member,” “user,” “customer”) and applies to your use of this site, your membership, and any donations made in exchange for our sacraments.

By using this site, checking the membership box at checkout, or making a donation, you acknowledge that you are entering into a private contractual relationship as a member of the Illuminated Wizdom PMA. If you do not agree to the terms herein, do not use this site or complete a donation.

1. Membership Status & Private Domain

  • All products, services, and resources provided by Elemental Wizdom are church sacraments offered exclusively to members in the private domain under protections of the U.S. Constitution, state constitutions, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and our PMA governing documents.

  • By becoming a member, you acknowledge that this relationship is outside the jurisdiction of public agencies and is instead governed by private membership contract law and our PMA Charter, Bylaws, and Articles of Association (available to members upon request).

2. Order Acceptance & Donations

  • All transactions through this site are member donations in exchange for sacraments, not public retail sales.

  • We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or cancel a donation order at our sole discretion. Reasons may include:

    • Limited availability of an offering

    • Inaccuracies in listing or pricing

    • Ingredient or shipment restrictions

    • Address or customs issues

    • Fraud prevention or verification needs

  • If a donation order is canceled after payment, we will issue a credit or alternative resolution at our discretion.

3. International Shipments & Customs

  • Members are responsible for knowing and complying with all import regulations in their country.

  • Any customs fees, taxes, or duties are the member’s responsibility.

  • If a shipment is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid customs fees, no refund will be issued, as the integrity of the sacraments cannot be guaranteed upon return.

4. Pricing & Currency

  • All suggested donation amounts are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

  • Donations do not include shipping, handling, customs duties, or taxes unless specified.

5. Nature of Offerings & Medical Disclaimer

  • Our sacraments include nutraceuticals and other holistic offerings for spiritual and general wellness purposes.

  • These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Information provided is for educational and spiritual purposes only and should not replace medical advice. Always consult your healthcare professional before using any product or making lifestyle changes.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All website design, text, graphics, logos, and other content are the property of Elemental Wizdom or its licensors.

  • Members may download or print materials for personal, non-commercial, private use only.

7. No Warranty – Disclaimer

  • All offerings are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law and private contract, Elemental Wizdom, Aeon Cosmos Church, and all affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from use or misuse of our offerings.

  • Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the offerings.

9. Termination of Membership

  • We reserve the right to revoke membership for any conduct deemed harmful to the Association or contrary to our mission.

  • Members may terminate their membership at any time by written notice.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • All agreements are governed under the laws of the State of California and the principles of private contract law.

  • Any disputes will be resolved through private arbitration or church tribunal, as outlined in our PMA governing documents, in Los Angeles County, California.

11. Entire Agreement & Changes

  • This Agreement, together with our Membership Terms, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, constitutes the full understanding between you and Elemental Wizdom.

  • We may amend these terms at any time; continued membership constitutes acceptance of changes.

By becoming a member and engaging with Elemental Wizdom, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and that all transactions are conducted within the private domain under the Illuminated Wizdom PMA.
