Wholesale pricing & order terms
Our standard wholesale offer is 50% off standard, non-promotional retail prices when you order 12 or more units of each item. Tell us your exact product and variant quantities so we can confirm eligibility and prepare your quote. Smaller quantities and mixed assortments are quoted individually.
- Payment in full before preparation. The entire invoice must be paid and funds cleared before we begin processing, preparing or producing your order. We do not offer deposits, credit terms or payment after delivery.
- Firm purchase only. No consignment or sale-or-return arrangements.
- Final sale. Paid wholesale orders cannot be cancelled and are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds, except where required by applicable law.
- No additional discounts. Wholesale prices cannot be combined with retail sales, coupon codes, promotions, loyalty offers or other discounts. Temporary retail markdowns and promotional bundle savings do not reduce the wholesale prices confirmed in your quote.
- Confirmed before payment. Your quotation will identify the products, variants, quantities, prices, shipping charges, applicable taxes and preparation timeline. Please review and accept the quotation and these wholesale terms before paying.
These conditions apply to wholesale orders. Enquiries do not reserve products or authorize production.

How do I obtain wholesale prices and order requirements?
Send an enquiry with your proposed assortment and quantities. Your quote confirms quantity eligibility, item prices, availability, shipping and preparation timing. Full cleared payment is required before order processing or preparation begins.
Can I browse before enquiring?
Yes. Explore our current retail collection and botanical oil guide. Prices displayed on the public product pages are retail prices.
Does submitting the form create a wholesale account?
No. It starts a conversation with our team. A submitted enquiry does not confirm account approval, pricing, payment terms or an order.
